There is a one-time shipping charge per order, which depends on your geographical location. Please check the table below to which zone your country belongs. Any additional customs and clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Your order will be delivered within 3-4 business days. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Our rugs, furniture and custom cushions have a delivery time of 9 weeks. When your product is ready for shipment we will send you a confirmation email or schedule a delivery appointment.
At NAHKA, we work with several carriers, depending on the size of the item to be shipped. All products ordered directly in the webshop are transported with the DPD Group.

Or is it not quite what you imagined after all? Within 14 days of receipt you can still cancel your order, email to: orders@nahka.nl
Please include the following information in your email so we can ensure prompt processing:
- Your order number
- Your name
- Which item(s) you wish to return
- We love it when you provide a reason for your return so we can improve our products where needed, of course this is completely optional!
You have a further 14 days to return your item(s). If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the item(s) must be returned to NAHKA BV with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To minimize environmental impact, we will send you a return label by email.
RESTITUTION
The amount of your purchase will be refunded to your account within 14 days of receipt of return shipment. The cost of return shipment is equal to the shipping cost already paid.
Should the product be damaged upon receipt, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Therefore, please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged, preferably in its original packaging.
RUIL*
Prefer a different color or size? No problem! Just send an email to orders@nahka.nl and include your order number. The return label will be sent to you by email and you can stick it over the shipping label of the original package. Then you can return the package to sender. We will then ensure that the total amount of your purchase will be refunded to your account.
You can then easily re-order your preferred item on our website!
