DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS

There is a one-time shipping charge per order, which depends on your geographical location. Please check the table below to which zone your country belongs. Any additional customs and clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Upon receipt of payment your order will be delivered within 3-4 business days. If there is an unexpected delay we will let you know as soon as possible.

Our rugs, furniture and custom cushions have a delivery time of 9 weeks. When your product is ready for shipment we will send you a confirmation email or schedule a delivery appointment.

At NAHKA, we work with several carriers, depending on the size of the item to be shipped. All products ordered directly in the webshop are transported with the DPD Group.

Satisfied with your order? Fine!

Or is it not quite what you imagined after all? After receiving your purchase, you have 14 days to cancel your order by email.

You have another 14 days to return your item(s). If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the item(s) must be returned to NAHKA BV with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To minimize environmental impact, we will send you a return label by email.

To ensure smooth processing, we would like to receive the following information from you with your return notification

Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the amount of your purchase to your account within 7 days, provided the product is received in good condition. Return shipping costs are at your own expense and are equal to the already paid shipping costs.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

RUIL*

Still prefer a different product, color or size? No problem! Send an email to orders@nahka.nl that you wish to return your article, stating your order number. The return label will be sent to you by email. Upon receipt of your package we will ensure that the total amount of your purchase will be refunded to your account.

You can then easily re-order your preferred item on our website!
